Algebra 2:

• Wednesday:  Start rational expressions unit. Cover direct, inverse, and joint variations HW 8 – 14
• Thursday: Simplifying rational expressions HW: 37 – 57 odd
• Friday: Go over homework…if students are ready, quiz. If not, HW 38 – 58 even

Physics:

• Wednesday – Friday: 3D printing project

Advanced Alg:

• Wednesday: Solving absolute value equations. HW: 17 – 31 odd
• Thursday: Solving absolute value inequalities. HW: 47 – 57 odd
• Friday: Review all material…students will have had problems with writing absolute value equations/inequalities, so we will review on Friday to prepare for a quiz. This is a really short unit and will only have a quiz as a final assessment.

• re-assigned jobs and start final edits on fall sports and clubs all week

Alg2:

• Mon: Grade quiz from Friday, go over analyzing graphs and tables (pg 13 in classwork), No homework
• Tues: Go over tables and finding zeroes. IN class HW: pg. 14: 199 – 205. And if time go over zeros and roots of polynomials

AdvAlg:

• Mon: Start test on systems of equations
• Tues: Finish Test

Phy:

• Go over acceleration on inclined planes (no hw)

• 11/14 Go over questions on quiz. Notes on characteristics of polynomial functions (HW: 179 – 191) (Did not get to notes. Students graphed many polynomials in groups to look for patterns.)
• 11/15 Go over HW. Notes on Analyzing Graphs and Tables of Polynomial Functions: (HW (if time) 199 -205) (Will adjust and go over notes on polynomial characteristics….HW will be 179 – 191)
• 11/16 Go over HW. Notes on finding roots of polynomial functions (HW: 214 – 221) (This will be moved back to Friday)
• 11/17 Review the weeks material and quiz if time (HW: NONE)
